Our Mission

Founded in 2010, DALO's purpose is to help further the development of the independent life and social skills of young adults (aged 18 - 32) who are Autistic, have learning disabilities or physical disabilities. We believe that all young adults who require some support in their daily activities can become more independent and play a significant role within their local community.

Our mission is simple: we aim to empower our 'members' (our word for service users) to build their life and social skills to enable them to best live the life they want to live.

Services

We achieve our mission through our three services. Our members have the ability to socialise with people of similar ages, take part in activities that are meaningful to them, and have the chance to experience living away from home.
